Villa Bubbles with a performance from the RT Choir

We invite you to enjoy Villa Bubbles in one of Ålesund's most spectacular gardens right in the city center. The garden is located on Aspøya, known for its architectural style Art Nouveau/Jugendstil, and has Ålesund Church as its closest neighbor. You will also enjoy a performance from the sought-after RT choir that only takes on selected assignments.

Via Ferrata

Ålesund Via Ferrata is an experience out of the ordinary. Right in the heart of the city is Byparken and Mount Aksla. The south face of Aksla has solid granite and spectacular views of the city, the sea, and the Sunnmøre Alps to the south. Ålesund Via Ferrata is rated A+. This is an easy ferrata, but it is also steep. Via Ferrata is Italian and means “iron road”. This is an activity that requires climbing skills, knowledge, and equipment.

Shopping & Champagne

Join us for shopping in the fantastic center of Ålesund. The shopping tour will start with a glass of bubbles and a short lecture about our big "must-haves" in the wardrobe. The tour then continues out into the city with exclusive discounts. The city center is known for its unique stores with a bustling selection that will satisfy any shopping enthusiast. SVAI Sauna & Bubbles

SVAI Sauna is a floating sauna located in Brosundet in Ålesund! With a view directly out to the open sea, a wonderfully warm sauna, a refreshing dip, and bubbles in the glass - what could be better than that? Two glasses of bubbles will be served along with a good atmosphere by the LC/RT team. Perhaps the lifeguard will wear a Borat costume… who knows? There is a shower with cold freshwater, a sound system, and changing rooms.

Tour de Mør - Helicopter Tour

Have you heard of the princess that no one could silence? Well - she hasn't seen Sunnmøre from the air! Join us on a fantastic tour among Sunnmøre's steep mountains and deep fjords. Here you can see the last traces of winter's ski tracks disappear and the fjord arms turn green. Subject to a sufficient number of participants.

  • Where do I get an AGM (Annual General Meeting) pin?
  • The AGM pin will be distributed during the check-in process at Scandic Parken.

  • Where can I park my car during the event?
  • The hotel offers parking spaces in the basement for 285 NOK/day, with entrance from Storgata. If the parking is full, you can park your car at Ålesund Parking Arena.

  • What do I wear to the theme party?
  • This year's theme party is a traditional RUSS party, so we encourage everyone to dress accordingly!

  • How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
  • The easiest way is to take a taxi or the airport express bus. The bus leaves 10-15 minutes after the plane lands, and takes you directly to the hotel. The bus takes about 20 minutes and costs 120 NOK.
